Soluna — Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Soluna (“the app”, “we”) is a personalized astrology app operated by Funattic Studio. Contact: hello@funattic.studio.

2. Acceptance

By downloading or using Soluna you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, don’t use the app.

3. What Soluna is — and is not

Soluna computes astrological charts from birth details you provide and uses AI to generate personalized readings.

Entertainment only. Readings are for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, financial, legal, or any other kind of professional advice, and must not be relied on for decisions in those areas. If you need help, consult a qualified professional. AI-generated content can be inaccurate or incomplete.

4. Your account and data

• You may use Soluna anonymously, or link a Google/Apple account to sync your data across devices.
• You’re responsible for the accuracy of the birth details you enter.
• If you enter another person’s birth details (compatibility readings), you confirm you’re allowed to share them. We use them only to compute that reading and don’t store them as a profile.
• You can export or permanently delete your data at any time in Settings → Privacy. Deletion is irreversible.

5. Subscriptions (Premium)

• Premium is an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account; we never see your payment details.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your device’s subscription settings — deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may change with notice; a change applies from the next renewal.
• Refunds are handled by Apple/Google under their policies.
• If you delete your data, your subscription remains with your store account (use “Restore a purchase” after re-onboarding).

6. Acceptable use

Don’t: abuse, probe, or disrupt the service or its APIs; attempt to access other users’ data; use the app where prohibited by law; or use automated means to extract content at scale.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and generated readings are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You keep rights to the information you enter; you grant us the limited license needed to operate the service (compute charts, generate readings, sync your devices).

8. Availability and changes

Soluna is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We aim for reliability but don’t guarantee uninterrupted service.

9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: we disclaim all warranties, express or implied; and our total liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Age

You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) to use Soluna.

11. Termination

You can stop using Soluna anytime (and delete your data in Settings). We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Funattic Studio is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
